ClickCruise SA is not an online shop and does not sell products or services on behalf of listed businesses.
Business Listings
Businesses are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted to ClickCruise SA is accurate, lawful, current, authorised, and not misleading.
Businesses may create and submit their own listings through the platform. Submitted listings may include business information, descriptions, images, contact details, links, categories, service areas, and other relevant content.
ClickCruise SA reserves the right to review, approve, edit, reject, suspend, or remove any listing that does not meet the platform’s standards or that contains false, inappropriate, harmful, unlawful, offensive, explicit, misleading, or low-quality information.
ClickCruise SA may also move listings to a more suitable category, subcategory, province, town, or service area where necessary.
Listing approval does not mean that ClickCruise SA endorses, verifies, guarantees, recommends, or accepts responsibility for the products, services, pricing, quality, legality, conduct, or reliability of any listed business.
Payments, Subscriptions, and Listing Approval
Where paid listings, subscriptions, promotional packages, or advertising options are offered, payment terms, listing periods, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and package features will be subject to the specific option selected by the business.
Payment does not guarantee automatic approval of a listing.
All new listings will first be reviewed before publication, and edited listings may be reviewed from time to time to help maintain platform quality, relevance, and trust.
If a submitted listing is not approved, the business will be allowed to correct and resubmit the listing.
If the listing remains unsuitable for approval, the listing payment will be refunded, subject to applicable payment processing rules and any transaction fees that may apply.
Free listing months, promotional months, bonus periods, or launch offers are not paid out, refunded, exchanged, transferred, or converted to cash.
ClickCruise SA may update pricing, packages, features, payment methods, billing options, listing periods, renewal terms, promotional offers, or subscription options from time to time.
No Guaranteed Results
ClickCruise SA provides a platform for business visibility and discovery.
ClickCruise SA does not guarantee enquiries, leads, sales, bookings, rankings, customer responses, business performance, or search position.
Results may vary depending on listing quality, category, location, service area, demand, competition, user activity, and other factors.
User Responsibility
Users are responsible for making their own enquiries before purchasing products, requesting services, making bookings, entering into agreements, paying deposits, or relying on information provided by listed businesses.
Users should verify business information, pricing, availability, qualifications, licences, reviews, terms, and suitability before engaging with any listed business.
ClickCruise SA does not accept responsibility for losses, damages, disputes, poor workmanship, fraud, failed services, cancelled bookings, product issues, refunds, warranties, delivery problems, or any other issue arising between users and listed businesses.
Business Responsibility
Listed businesses are responsible for their own products, services, customer communication, quotes, bookings, payments, refunds, warranties, delivery, after-sales support, legal compliance, and business conduct.
Businesses must ensure that they have the right to publish any information, images, logos, trademarks, or content submitted to ClickCruise SA.
Prohibited Use
Users and businesses may not use ClickCruise SA to submit, publish, promote, or link to:

- False or misleading information
- Spam, scams, or suspicious activity
- Offensive, discriminatory, or hateful content
- Explicit adult content

Advertising
