Business Listing Rules
ClickCruise SA aims to provide a clean, useful, and trustworthy South African business directory for consumers and businesses.
Businesses are responsible for creating and submitting their own listings through the platform. Once a business has selected a listing option, completed payment, and submitted its information, the first listing will be reviewed before it is published.
All businesses submitting a listing must follow these listing rules.
Business Information
Businesses must provide accurate, current, lawful, and relevant information.
Listings must clearly describe the business, services, products, service area, location, and contact details.
Businesses may not submit false, misleading, exaggerated, unlawful, or inappropriate claims.
Businesses are responsible for keeping their own listing information up to date.
Listing Quality
ClickCruise SA may review, edit, reject, suspend, or remove listings that do not meet the platform’s quality standards.
Listings should be professional, clear, and useful to consumers.
Businesses should avoid keyword stuffing, spam wording, offensive content, irrelevant information, excessive capital letters, misleading claims, or repeated content.
ClickCruise SA may make minor formatting or wording adjustments, with your consent, where necessary to keep listings clear, consistent, and professional.
Images
Businesses may upload images that represent their business, products, services, premises, staff, completed work, or brand.
Businesses must only upload images they own, created, or have permission to use.
Images may not include offensive, unlawful, misleading, adult, graphic, explicit, discriminatory, or inappropriate content.
ClickCruise SA may reject or remove images that do not meet platform standards.
Categories and Locations
Businesses must select the most relevant category, subcategory, province, town, and service area for their listing.
Location browsing on ClickCruise SA is based on general service areas and not suburbs.
Exact street addresses, where provided, must be entered in the business address field and not used as the service-area location.
ClickCruise SA may move listings to a more appropriate category, subcategory, or location where necessary, with the consent of the business.
Prohibited Listings
ClickCruise SA may reject, suspend, or remove listings that include or promote:
- Unlawful products or services
- False or misleading claims
- Offensive or discriminatory content
- Explicit adult content
- Escort services, prostitution, or sexual services
- Spam, scams, or suspicious activity
- Harmful links, malware, or unsafe websites
- Duplicate listings
- Impersonation of another business
- Content that infringes on the rights of others
- Illegal substances or prohibited goods
- Dangerous or harmful activities
- Content that damages the quality or reputation of the platform
Sensitive and Regulated Categories
Some business categories may be subject to stricter review, including adult lifestyle, tobacco, vape, smoking accessories, financial services, health-related services, security services, and other regulated or sensitive categories.
Businesses operating in these categories must ensure that their listings comply with all applicable South African laws, regulations, age restrictions, advertising standards, and platform rules.
ClickCruise SA may reject, restrict, edit, or remove listings in sensitive categories at its discretion.
Payment and Approval
Payment for a listing does not guarantee approval.
All new listings will be reviewed, and edited listings may be reviewed from time to time before publication.
If a listing does not meet the platform rules, ClickCruise SA may request changes, reject the listing, suspend the listing, or remove it from the platform.
Approval of a listing does not mean that ClickCruise SA endorses, verifies, recommends, or guarantees the business, its services, products, pricing, quality, conduct, or legal compliance.
ClickCruise SA provides a platform for business visibility and discovery.
Results may vary depending on the quality of the listing, demand, competition, location, category, and user activity.
Reviews, Reports, and Complaints
Users may report listings that appear incorrect, misleading, inappropriate, suspicious, unlawful, or in breach of these rules.
ClickCruise SA will review reported listings and take appropriate action where necessary.
This may include requesting updates, editing content, suspending the listing, removing the listing, or restricting future submissions.
Responsibility
Businesses remain fully responsible for the accuracy, legality, quality, and ownership of the information, images, links, and content they submit.
Businesses are also responsible for their own products, services, customer communication, bookings, payments, refunds, warranties, delivery, and after-sales support.
ClickCruise SA is not involved in transactions, agreements, disputes, purchases, bookings, or service arrangements between users and listed businesses.
