All first-time listings are reviewed before publication to help maintain the quality, relevance, and trust of the platform.

Payment does not guarantee automatic approval. Listings must comply with the ClickCruise SA Business Listing Rules.

If a submitted listing is not approved, the business may be allowed to correct and resubmit the listing. If the listing remains unsuitable for approval, the listing payment will be refunded, subject to the applicable payment processing rules and any transaction fees that may apply.
